Dear community, We have noticed that CoinEx implemented a memo in order to separate deposits and assign them to the correct users. Zano has implemented integrated addresses some years ago to be more user friendly since memo's can be a difficulty for some users. Therefore, our GUI wallet no longer supports payment ID's as they were no longer necessary. The problem This means that users currently are unable to deposit their Zano coins from our wallets directly to CoinEx. When withdrawing from TradeOgre to CoinEx, you can fill in the memo at "payment ID" and your deposit should arrive just fine. The solution CoinEx told us they need a couple days to implement integrated addresses. So it will be fixed pretty soon. Until then you can deposit to CoinEx via TradeOgre. If you have already made a deposit from your Zano wallet to CoinEx, please contact their support and after providing the necessary information, they will manually assign the deposited coins to your account.
